Together or separately?

English for Today by Ganiu Abisoye Bamgbose (Dr GAB)

Altogether means completely or in total: We have invited fifty people altogether.
All together means all in one place or all at once: Can you put your books all together in this box?

Already means now or before a particular time in the past. He has already left.
All ready is a two-word phrase that means completely prepared. We use it to say that something, someone, or everyone in a group is completely prepared: They have their coats and are all ready to leave.

All right means to be of a satisfactory or acceptable quality: The meal was all right.
This is informally expressed as alright but the accepted form in formal writings is all right.

It’s all right to leave if you’re already late and they are not all ready but I am not altogether cool with your decision since you’re to resume all all together.
