BEEN and BEING

BEEN is used to talk about a completed action and it comes after: has, have and had.
He has been flogged.

BEING is used to talk about a continuous action and it comes after is, am, are, was, were.
He is being flogged.

Now:

Would he have __ done (been, being)?

He probably had __ reported to them (been, being).

This is simply __ naughty (been, being).
