Round off or Round-up?

To put an end to an activity is to round it off.
The teacher will round up soon (nonstandard).
The teacher will round off soon (standard).

Round-up is, mainly, a noun and it means summary of the most important points of a particular subject: Give a round-up of today’s activities.
Round-up also means an act of bringing people or animal together for a particular purpose: It was a mass police round-up.
