He’s a cunny person (nonstandard).
He’s a cunning person (standard). Cunning means having or showing skill in achieving one’s ends by deceit or evasion while cunny is a slangy word for a woman’s genitals.
Her phone is a screen touch (nonstandard).
Her phone is a touchscreen (standard). A display screen on which the user selects options (as from a menu) by touching the screen is called a touchscreen.
