ON GRAMMAR AND RAMADAN

Every grown-up ~muslim~ is expected to fast during Ramadan (nonstandard).
Every grown-up Muslim is expected to fast during Ramadan (standard). Note that “Muslim” is a proper noun and should begin with a capital letter anywhere it’s used in a sentence.

We felicitate Muslim ~faithfulfuls~ on the commencement of Ramadan (nonstandard).
We felicitate Muslim faithful on the commencement of Ramadan (standard). Those who are faithful to a particular religion or political party are called faithful .

You should ensure you observe your daily prayers ~as at when~ due during Ramadan (nonstandard).
You should ensure you observe your daily prayers as and when due during Ramadan (standard).
