I have told you many a times not to ride your bike here (nonstandard).
I have told you many a time not to ride your bike here (standard).

I have told you many times not ride your bike here (standard). Many a time and many times have the same meaning.

Many a teachers do not really like the profession (nonstandard).
Many a teacher does not really like the profession (standard).
Many teachers do not really like the profession (standard). ‘Many a/an’ is also used with a singular noun and a singular verb to refer to many persons or things.
