Compliment is a polite expression of praise or admiration:
I get a compliment from her daily.

Complement is a thing that contributes extra features to something else. It is also a term in grammar:
Juice will make a perfect complement to that sumptuous meal.
Adjectives serve as complements to subjects.

Compliments: This expresses regards or best wishes.
Accept my compliments.
Compliments of the season.
