He couldn’t present before his classmates ~talk less~ of his lecturers (nonstandard).
He couldn’t present before his classmates let alone his lecturers (standard).
He couldn’t present before his classmates not to speak of his lecturers (standard).

~After all said and done~, you still have to make the presentation (nonstandard).
When all is said and done, you still have to make the presentation (standard). When you are about to tell someone the most important fact they should remember in a situation, the expression is “when all is said and done”.

It is not a good thing ~to poke nose~ into others’ affairs (nonstandard).
It is not a good thing to poke your nose into other others’ affairs (standard).
