It’s another good time for black marketeers (standard). A person who is involved in the illegal trading of goods whose sale is not allowed or is limited or taxed is a black marketeer.

After struggling for buses, many are already too tired for any ~tasking~ job by 9 a.m. (nonstandard).
After struggling for buses, many are already too tired for any taxing job by 9 a.m. (standard). A taxing task or problem is one that requires a lot of mental or physical effort.
