We need a ~packer~ in this office (nonstandard).
We need a *dustpan* in this office (standard).
A flat container with a handle into which you brush dust and dirt is a dustpan while a a person or machine that packs something, especially someone who prepares and packs food for transportation and sale is a packer.
Don’t you think that’s ~insultive~ (nonstandard)?
Don’t you think that’s *insulting* (standard)?
“Insultive” is nonexistent in English.
