*Simple things I wonder if you know*
“This” is for singular: this boy.
“These” is for plural: these boys.
When a noun takes “s”, the verb won’t, and vice versa:
The boy sings
The boys sing.
When “do”, “does” and “did” are in a sentence, the verb that follows MUST not be in past tense:
Did he EAT yesterday (not, ate)?
BEEN is used with HAS, HAVE and HAD: They have been here.
BEING is used with IS, AM, WAS, ARE and WERE: He is being stubborn.
