He had one full page of acknowledgements (standard). The acknowledgments in a book are the section in which the author thanks all the people who have helped him or her.

Some schools provide ~stationeries~ for students during exam (nonstandard).
Some schools provide stationery for students during exam (standard). Writing and other office materials are called stationery.
