CLOTH, CLOTHE, CLOTHES

CLOTH is an unsewn fabric and the plural is cloths. The “th” is pronounced like that in think: You can sew those cloths for your children.

CLOTHES are items worn to cover the body. The “th” is pronounced like the one in than: He stripped off his clothes.

CLOTHE is a verb and it means to put clothes on oneself or someone else. The “the” is pronounced like the “th” in though.
