Note these:
Would you stop making a noise (not, Would you stop making noise). Noise is a countable noun.
What’s your complaint about (not, What’s your complain about)? “Complaint” is a noun while “complain” is a verb.
He showed up at my door, bag and baggage, last Sunday (not, bag and baggages). Note also that “bag and baggage” should not be used as a noun (Move your bag and baggage×) but as an adverb (She moved bag and baggage√).
