Mainly, I dislike her short temper (not, hot temper). The personality trait of being quick to anger is idiomatically called short temper. However, a person can be hot-tempered such that they are hot-tempered because of their short temper.
She has put on weight (not, She has added more weight).
I hate to travel at night (not, in the night). It is okay to say “in the morning” and “in the afternoon” but preferable to say “at night”.
