Don’t say:
The pastor *emphasized on* holiness (say: The pastor *emphasized* holiness). “Emphasize” does not attract a preposition but you can lay *emphasis on*.
The committee *comprises of* all stakeholders (say: The committee *comprises* all stakeholders). However, “consist of” is right.
Mary is *a gossiper* (Say: Mary is *a gossip*). One who gossips is a gossip.
