My friend and I acted *with one accord* (standard).
If a number of people do something with one accord, they do it together or at the same time, because they agree about what should be done.
Your poor performance
~resulted into~ failure (nonstandard).
Your poor performance ~resulted to~ failure (nonstandard).
Your poor performance *resulted in* failure (standard).
“To result in” is to be the reason something happens.
