Don’t be *panicky* (not, panic). _Panicky_ is an adjective while _panic_ is a noun or verb. So we can say: Don’t be in a state of panic (noun). Don’t panic (verb). I panicked when I saw him (verb). He was panicky and that got him destabilised (adjective).

Violent behaviour and insecurity are *two sides of the same coin* (not, two sides of a coin).

This will broaden your *horizons* (not, horizon).
