You should say:

Tunde is in my good books (not, book). To be of fond memory to someone is to be in the person’s good books.

The baby is running a temperature (not, running or having temperature). When you have a temperature that is higher than normal, you’re running a temperature.

I will provide all necessary evidence (not, evidences). Facts and observations presented in support of an action are evidence.
