Conclusively or In Conclusion?

Conclusively means in a decisive way that has the effect of proving a case; without any doubt. The word cannot appropriately replace the phrase “in conclusion”:
Polls conclusively show a public support for the bill. ✔️

In conclusion means lastly or to sum up:
In conclusion , it is clear that things will get better if these measures are put in place. ✔️
