EVERYONE or EVERY ONE?

English for Today by Ganiu Abisoye Bamgbose (Dr GAB)

EVERYONE or EVERY ONE?

~Everyone~ of you must be at the programme (nonstandard).
*Every one* of you must be at the programme (standard).
“Everyone” and “every one” can be used in the same context, but the former does not collocate with the preposition “of”.

~Every one~ must be at the programme (nonstandard).
*Everyone* must be at the programme (standard).

This applies to “anyone” and “any one”:
*Any one* of them can eat it. ✔️
*Anyone* can eat it. ✔️
