I was ~opportuned~ to meet with the governor (nonstandard).
I had an opportune moment to meet with the governor (standard).
I had the opportunity of meeting with the governor (standard). Note that “opportuned” does not exist as a word in English.

The man is ~lousy~; he talks too much (nonstandard).
The man is noisy; he talks too much (standard).
The man is a chatterbox; he talks too much (standard).
Note that the word, “lousy”, means to be very poor or bad:
The service is usually very lousy here (poor). ✔️
I had a lousy weekend (bad). ✔️
