Some countries are investing in guns, explosives and ~ammunitions~ (nonstandard).
Some countries are investing in guns, explosives and ammunition (standard). Ammunition is bullets and rockets that are made to be fired from guns.

We were asked to drop all ~luggages~ (nonstandard).
We were asked to drop all luggage (standard). Suitcases and bags containing personal belongings packed for travelling are called luggage. Note that luggage is called baggage in American English and it does not attract “s” also. Again, “bag and baggage” is an idiom which should be used like an adverb; not a noun:
She threw out his bag and baggage. ✖️
