OMIT THE “OVER”

Do something about your ~over bloated~ stomach (nonstandard).
Do something about your bloated stomach (standard). To be bloated is to be overfilled and extended with liquid, gas, food, etc.

I don’t like drivers who ~over speed~ (nonstandard).
I don’t like drivers who speed (standard). To speed is to move, go or happen fast; it is, therefore, redundant to say “over speed”.
