I have done this several times (standard).
Severally is not the adverb for several times; severally means separately and it is often used in law: I will sue you jointly and severally.

Conclusively, governance can be made better through transparency (nonstandard).
In conclusion, governance can be made better through transparency (standard). Conclusively does not mean to make a concluding statement in a writing or speech; it means to do something with finality or in a decisive manner: The case has been conclusively debunked.
