On the use of “mature”

Mature/ Matured

When “mature” means to be well developed in terms of physical appearance, it is an adjective and it does not attract “d”: The boy is now mature.

When “mature” means to ripen or to reach the date when payment is due, it is a verb and it may attract “d” in past and participle form: The cheque has matured since yesterday.

Task
The girl has really __ (mature, matured).
I like __ guys (mature).
Be __ in your appearance (mature, matured).
Could it have been __ by then (mature, matured)?
