PERSONAL PRONOUNS

SUBJECTIVE FORMS: I, you, he, she, it, we, they, who
OBJECTIVE FORMS: me, you, him, her, it, us, them, whom

Rules:

  1. Subjective forms are used in subject positions:
    He is here.
  2. Objective forms are used in object positions:
    I know him .
  3. Subjective forms are used in subject complement position:
    It was she (who did it).
  4. Objective forms are used after prepositions:
    Talk to her.
  5. Subjective forms are used after conjunctions:
    He’s taller than I (am tall).
