Hip Hip Hooray (not, hip, hip, hip, hooray). This congratulatory or appreciative remark is called three cheers in English. Cheers to a new year: hip, hip, hooray!

This is Mr Bamgbose (not, Mr Ganiu). Titles are not used with first names. The use of titles must attract either the surname alone or a full name: This is Mr Ganiu Bamgbose.

He works for GTB (To be employed by a person or organisation is to work for them).
AIRTEL is working with GTB to serve their customers better (on the other hand, to “work with”is to partner with an organisation.
