PROPERTY or PROPERTIES?
Property: a thing or things that are owned by somebody (uncountable; not properties) Don’t damage other people’s property.
Property: land and buildings (uncountable; not properties) The price of property has increased in Ibadan.
Property: a building and the surrounding land (countable; plural: properties). There are empty properties in my area.
Property (usually plural): a quality or characteristic that something has. Compare the physical properties of the two substances.
