SIMPLE ERRORS

1. Be a ~goal-getter~ (nostandard).
   Be a go-getter (standard).
2. Many are motivated by ~selfish interest~ (nonstandard).
   Many are motivated by self-interest (standard).
3. My sister is ~my godsent~ (nonstandard).
   My sister is my godsend (standard).
   My sister is godsent (standard).
   Note that the noun is “godsend” and the adjective is “godsent”. So, a person is either a godsend or is godsent.
