The Grammar of the time
The ~coffin~ is in our interest (nonstandard).
The coffee is in our interest (standard).
The curfew is in our interest (standard).
We are to ~self-isolate~ for a given period of time (nonstandard).
We are to ~self-quarantine~ for a given period of time (nonstandard).
We are to shelter in place for a given period of time (standard). Note that a person is quarantined when there is suspicion of the virus, a person is isolated when she or he has tested positive for the virus and a person shelters in place as a means of curbing the spread of a pandemic.

But any rigorous measure of isolation regardless of the reason is called quarantine.
