We ~entered~ an agreement with them yesterday (nonstandard).
We entered into an agreement with them yesterday (standard). To move into a physical environment is to enter a place but to reach a legally bound agreement is to enter into it.

The members ~consist~ representatives from different wards (nonstandard).
The members consist of representatives from different wards (standard). Note also that the verb “comprise” does not attract the preposition “of” but “consist” does.
