We should find a vulcaniser (standard). Note that Americans spell it as vulcanizer .
That car stands a risk of ~overfloating~ if you take it out (nonstandard).
That car stands a risk of flooding if you take it out (standard).

Good morning sir. I disagree with you on your last example about a car over floating. There’s a topic in English Language called *Register*. This topic proposes that there are grammars /words /titles /names /lingos that are not necessarily standard but are uniquely use (or allow) in some areas of discipline.
For instance in Electrical World, there is this word “capacitance”. In the electrical world statement like “the capacitance of the capacitor is 5ohms” is likely to be made. And if you ask me, I will say that statement is standard. Very correct. The same goes for the over-floating sir.
