INDEED or IN DEED?

After the evidence, he admitted that my point was ~in deed~ valid (nonstandard).
After the evidence, he admitted that my point was *indeed* valid (standard).
You use indeed to confirm or agree with something that has just been said.

We want people to be accountable, not just in words but ~indeed~ (nonstandard).
