QUESTION TAG
Rule 8
The positive-sentence-negative-tag rule does not apply to imperative sentences (command). A positive command takes a positive tag:
Get out, will you?
Let’s go, shall we?
Rule 9
When there is a sentence with two parts (compound sentence), the latter part controls the tag:
She comes here always but she doesn’t eat, does she?
She doesn’t eat but she comes here early, doesn’t she?
